This ‘Ulu offering is going to be focused on the ‘Uhane energy center. This centers location is at the Heart and is the Throne of the Divine Masculine.

‘Ulu translates as “to enter and inspire”. It is a practice dated back to the ancient Hawaiian’s known as Mū. It is a breath and movement practice to stimulate memory located in the ‘iwi wai, our cerebrospinal fluid. It is said that the spinal fluid is like our own personal essential oil.
