who you are?

Every single human being holds an untouched, undefinable multi-dimensional essence inside of them.

In the experience of the wholeness of life, this essence can be buried under the shadows of: trauma, shame, judgment, rejection, and abandonment. These shadows will condition us to show up and participate in a contracted state which results in a deep inner hiding of this essence.

We put on a daily mask to be received by this external world to affirm our safety in belonging, only getting lost in our own performance. We have lost touch with the purest purpose and potential of our existence.

We are living in a pivitol time, The Great Shift.

What is hidden is being revealed. The world is being called to remember this essence. To discover why we are truly here.

This innate calling requires us to meet ourselves face-to-face - completely raw and exposed. To surrender to something bigger than us. To release ourselves from programs of limitation and harm. To have courage and remember what is most honest, most pure and most natural.

To become the leaders of our own lives, we first need to expose the divine leader that lives underneath all of the conditioning that keeps you small.

We don’t really know who we are until we gift ourselves the space too exist without performing, without suppressing or without hiding the parts of us that is actually our Magik. Through the art of exposure, we reveal undeniable truths about ourselves. This process will leave you in awe of the Brilliance you’ve kept hidden inside.

“I've done the 10 day cleanse with Kelly as my guide and I'm glad I did. It was a reboot for my system. I personally started the cleanse to give my digestion a rest and reset. As I started on the first few days, I realized this was an opportunity for a deeper shift. Kelly held the space required for personal reflection around food and my "WHY?". Late night snacking was a fave of mine and when those urges came in, so did the deep reflection on why, when, and what I was choosing to eat. This 10 day process allowed for changes to be made within my routine. (What I didn't even realize my routine. (What I didnt even realize was such a routine) I now love sautéing apples, I keep tart cherry juice concentrate in the fridge to add to beverages, take amino acids, and starch isnt my entire meal anymore. There's also a section in the pamphlet that helped me transition after the 10 days was complete, just nice meal ideas and snacks/food to reach for. In general, Ive been more mindful with what Im putting into my body. Some days were eaiser than others, yet Kelly was there for hurdles and questions.
